Well prepared for Gymnasium and secondary school
Will my child master the transition — academically and mentally? A question that stays with many families. We prepare them deliberately, without turning everyday life into exam stress.
Preparation for Gymnasium and secondary school is neither a crash course nor a service offered by external providers — it is embedded in normal school life and therefore included in the school fees. From year 4 onwards, we intensify work in mathematics and German without giving up the strengths of Montessori pedagogy.
The Gymnasium entrance exam tests not only knowledge but also concentration, reading comprehension and logical thinking. Our pupils build these abilities from the start — in free work, project work and individual learning support.
In year 5 and 6, we add targeted practice on the exam format. Mock exams under realistic conditions provide security. And most importantly: we discuss with each family individually whether Gymnasium is the right path — or whether another educational route fits better.
How we concretely prepare
Gymnasium is not the right path for every child — and that’s okay. We help you, together with your child, make the best decision. And we prepare conscientiously when Gymnasium is the right path.
