Over 70 staff members make up our team — educators, caregivers, studio professionals, cooks, administration. What unites us: the conviction that every child has the right to be seen and supported.

Foundation Board
Our team is diverse — and that's intentional. Young and experienced educators work together, international team members bring different perspectives, men and women are evenly represented. So the world's diversity is reflected in our team.
We invest deliberately in further training. Annual professional development days, external supervision, joint projects with research institutions — all part of our self-commitment that your child has not just trained but learning and reflective adults around them.
