We take care of your child
For children, the relationship with their teacher often matters more than any pedagogy. Who looks after your child, how qualified, how many, how reliably — these are the questions that count.
We rely on consistent key contacts, small groups and a team that works together along a shared pedagogical approach. We shape the transitions between stages deliberately and calmly — so that relationships hold.
Pedagogical framework
Your child's individual development is at the centre of everything. With a 1:12 ratio (one teacher for twelve children), the children receive a great deal of attention. All teachers hold the renowned AMI diploma and provide consistent guidance within the class for three years at a time. The shared approach of the teaching and care teams combines free development with a family-like warmth — so that your child can reach their full potential and feel at home.

Teachers
They are teachers, learning coaches and close companions all at once. Instead of lecturing at the front of the room, they give introductions in small groups. They observe closely and decide when children need new impulses. They notice when a child is merely “looking busy” rather than truly working. Then they redirect, offer fresh ideas and bring the child back into their work. Where a child needs support with their work, they are there to help — and they have an open ear whenever a child seeks a conversation.

Carers
Outside lessons, the carers create a place of security where children feel safe and at home. They support the children in resolving conflicts independently and in shaping how they get along with one another responsibly. Alongside free time to relax, the carers organise a varied leisure programme. A special highlight is the Wednesday afternoon, which offers the children a diverse and creative programme.
These are the people who look after your child
- Class teachers — Two to three teachers with AMI diplomas per group — main contacts for three years.
- Carers (7 am–6 pm) — A dedicated care team — familiar with every child.
- Specialist staff — Sports, music, theatre, crafts, English — professionals for every focus area.
- School management — Personally available, regularly in the classrooms, in dialogue with parents.
Every family has a fixed point of contact — from the trial day to the very last school day. We believe trust grows over time and through reliability. We give both to your child and to your family. This is how a close relationship forms — one that often lasts well beyond the school years.
