When a school becomes a community

The moment your child joins us, your whole family becomes part of the Rietberg community. What that means in practice and what you can expect as a parent — we don't mince words.

Rietberg Family means more than a slogan. It is the grown bond between parents, children, teachers and alumni — carried by celebrations, involvement, exchange and a shared vision of education.

Parents with us aren't just clients but co-creators. The parents' association organises festivals, finances special projects and represents the parent perspective in everyday school life. Whoever gets involved shapes the school.

But no one has to. Anyone who simply wants to hand over and trust is just as welcome as those who want to co-create. Both have a place in our community. What we do expect from everyone: mutual respect and a willingness to stay in conversation.

A strong school community doesn't happen overnight. It grows through shared experiences, shared values and daily togetherness. If you like that, you're in the right place with us.
